Crab Cakes, A Seafood Favorite

These crab cakes are so easy to make and taste delicious! Your family will think that you spent hours in the kitchen making them something special.
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 lb. Dungeness crab meat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1.4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp crab seasoning
- 1 cup fresh grated bread crumbs
Directions For Making The Best Crab Cakes
- Put the crabmeat in a mixing bowl and add the beaten egg. Mix lightly with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Add about 1/2 of oil in the bottom of your skillet and fry the patties on each side until golden brown.
When they are all done sit down and enjoy the best crab you have ever tasted. The recipe will yield about 6 servings.
