Ingredients You Need
How To Put It TogetherMake 4 pieces of foil large enough to hold on salmon steak and still fold the foil over the steak. Place a piece of salmon on each piece of foil. Drizzle evenly with lemon juice. Top with cheese mixture evenly over salmon and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bring the sides of the foil up and wrap over the steak. Place on grill over your campfire and cook for 10 to 15 min or until salmon flakes easily with fork. It the cooking time depends on how thick the steak is. Of course the thicker the steak the longer it takes to cook.
