Parmesan Salmon

Parmesan Salmon Parmesan Salmon is just one of many recipes for fresh seafood that you can cook on your campfire.

There is nothing quite like fresh salmon cooked on the open grill while you are camping or even at home right in your oven or barbeque.

Ingredients You Need

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs graded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets (1 lb) skin removed
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Ritz Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup crumbs)
  • aluminum foil

How To Put It Together

Mix mayo, cheese and pepper until well blended, set aside.

Make 4 pieces of foil large enough to hold on salmon steak and still fold the foil over the steak. Place a piece of salmon on each piece of foil. Drizzle evenly with lemon juice. Top with cheese mixture evenly over salmon and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

Bring the sides of the foil up and wrap over the steak. Place on grill over your campfire and cook for 10 to 15 min or until salmon flakes easily with fork. It the cooking time depends on how thick the steak is. Of course the thicker the steak the longer it takes to cook.

Unwrap the steak and place on your plate and enjoy the very best meal.
