Spicy Fish Fillets

Spicy Fish Fillets Spicy Fish Fillets are so easy and quick to make, people won’t believe that you didn’t work for hours in the kitchen


You can use different kinds of fish for this recipe. You can use flounder, sole or cod. We love the flounder and it is very tasty.




Ingredients You Need

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 6 fish fillets (1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten



How To Put It Together

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix the cheese, corn flake crumbs and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip the fish in egg, then in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fish fillet.

Place in greased shallow baking dish.

Bake 5 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

The Oregon Coast has an abundant supply of seafood and this dish is delicious. Serve this dish with a vegetable, salad and a hot roll and everyone will compliment you on the meal.
